Meet Our Chef

Chef MariElena Enríquez is the creative force behind our unique menu. With training from the prestigious San Francisco Culinary School and the Professional Culinary Academy in Campbell, as well as studies in haute Mexican cuisine in Guadalajara, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our kitchen. Since 2004, Chef Enríquez has shared her love for cooking, creating dishes that reflect her dedication to the culinary arts. As a single mother, she has pursued her dream of establishing this restaurant in the Bay Area with determination and talent, making her the heart of our kitchen and the reason our customers feel so welcome.
