With 20 years of experience in catering, I’ve built strong skills in crafting high-quality meals, leading kitchen teams, and managing operations in fast-paced environments. I stay focused on consistency, great presentation, and customer satisfaction at every event. As Head Executive Chef at Entrees Unlimited, I delivered exceptional menus that met strict food safety standards. Now, I’m excited to share my expertise and help bring outstanding food and service across the Bay Area.
